The exact features and usage available depend on your membership and the current product configuration shown in your account.
Yes. That is one of the central differences in Marby’s approach. MAI™ determines the campaign focus, audience, offer, goals, and monthly direction before creating the supporting posts.
Yes. You can use your own brand photography, product images, customer-approved images, graphics, and supported video files where the content workflow allows them.
This is especially useful for product businesses, restaurants, service providers, personal brands, and businesses with strong existing visual assets.
Marby can provide brand-aligned image generation where it is included in your membership. MAI™ uses your Brand Style, preferred photography direction, colour palette, and content context to guide the images.
You can also choose not to generate images and use your own visual content instead.
Marby’s core content workflow is focused on strategy, written content, images, and publishing support. Where video upload is available, you can add your own approved video content and use MAI™ to help adapt the accompanying copy.

Marby is designed to connect supported social accounts so approved content can be scheduled from your calendar. The exact platforms currently available are shown in Social Media Settings inside your account.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.
Marby is designed to support major business social channels. Because platform permissions and product integrations can change, your Social Media Settings page is the current source of truth for available connections.
First confirm that you are signing into the correct account and that you have the required administrator or publishing permissions. Business platform connections may also require a business page, professional account, or linked account structure.
You can reconnect from Social Media Settings, refresh the connection status, or publish manually while the connection is being resolved.
Yes. The calendar is designed to help you manage both MAI™-created content and posts you add yourself. You can use it to organize campaigns, timely updates, business announcements, customer stories, and other approved content.
Yes. Review and edit the post before its scheduled publishing time. Depending on the connected platform and publishing status, you may need to reschedule or replace the calendar item.
Account, Membership & Billing
Use the My Account area to review your dashboard, orders, subscription, downloads, addresses, payment methods, and account details.
Refer to Marby’s current Pricing page or the membership information shown during checkout. Plans, limits, features, and introductory offers may change as Marby evolves.
Open My Account, choose Payment Methods, and add or manage the available payment method connected to purchases and renewals.
Open My Account and choose Account Details. You can update your name, display name, email address, and password from that page.
Open My Account and review My Subscription for the actions currently available to your membership. Any cancellation, renewal, or plan-change terms shown there apply to your account.
Your access after cancellation depends on the membership terms and the status of your billing period. Before cancelling, save or export any materials you are permitted to retain and review the cancellation information shown in your account.
Privacy, Brand Sources & AI
MAI™ uses the information you provide or authorize Marby to access, such as your Business Profile, Brand DNA answers, approved reports, website details, uploaded images, social screenshots, connected public business content, goals, offers, and content preferences.
Marby should only use content you provide, content available through an authorized connection, or public business information used for the requested analysis. Private content should not be accessed without your authorization or upload.
Your brand sources remain yours. Marby uses the materials you provide to understand and support your brand and marketing workflow, subject to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy.
No AI system is perfect. MAI™ can misunderstand information, create wording that needs refinement, or make an unsuitable recommendation. Review all reports, claims, facts, images, and posts before using or publishing them.
No. Marby provides marketing assistance. It does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, accounting, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
