Marby.ai Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect a social platform, request deletion of information associated
with a connected platform, or request deletion of your full Marby account.

Disconnect a Social Platform

To stop future activity through a connected social account:

  1. Sign in to Marby.
  2. Open Business Settings.
  3. Scroll down the page to Platform Connections.
  4. Select Disconnect for the applicable platform.

Disconnecting disables Marby’s use of that connection for new platform
requests, publishing, and metrics collection. It does not delete your entire
Marby account, content history, transaction records, or every stored connection
record.

You can also revoke Marby’s access directly through the platform. For Meta,
open Facebook’s Settings & privacy, select Settings, open Business
Integrations or Apps and Websites, and remove Marby. Revocation prevents
Marby from making new authorized requests to Meta but does not by itself delete
information already stored in Marby.

Delete Meta Connection Data

To request deletion of information associated with a Facebook or Instagram
connection without deleting your full Marby account:

  1. Disconnect Meta in Marby’s Business Settings -> Platform Connections, if you still have
    access to the account.
  2. Email support@marby.ai from the email address associated with your Marby
    account.
  3. Use the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
  4. Identify the Marby account involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens,
    payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials by email.

Marby will verify your identity and delete or de-identify the Meta connection
credentials, Page and Instagram account identifiers, permission records, and
other Meta connection information covered by the request, unless particular
information must be retained for an applicable legal obligation, security
investigation, dispute, or legal claim.

Deleting Meta connection data may prevent Marby from displaying historical
publishing status or performance information associated with that connection.

Delete Your Full Marby Account

To request deletion of your Marby account and associated personal information:

  1. Email support@marby.ai from the email address associated with your
    account.
  2. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
  3. Identify the Marby account to be deleted. Do not send your password or
    payment-card information.
  4. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step Marby provides.

After verification, Marby will delete or de-identify the personal information
covered by the request unless it must be retained for tax, accounting, payment,
fraud prevention, security, dispute, legal-claim, or other legal purposes.
Marby will explain any applicable restriction and confirm when the request has
been completed.

Information contained in secured backups may remain until it is overwritten
through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies remain protected and are not
restored for ordinary business use after a deletion request.

Public Discovery Reports

You may request deletion of the email address, website information, and report
content associated with a public MAI Discovery request by emailing
support@marby.ai with the subject Discovery Data Deletion Request.

After fulfilling the request, Marby may retain a one-way derived suppression
value where reasonably necessary to enforce the one-report rule, prevent abuse,
and protect the Service without retaining the report content.

Processing Your Request

Marby will:

  • verify that the requester is authorized to control the affected information;
  • respond within the period required by applicable privacy law;
  • delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems;
  • explain any information that must be retained and the reason; and
  • confirm completion using the verified contact information.
